Where Get Readii Group started
Founded in 2020, Get Readii Group was built on one idea: supports shaped around the person, with everyone included in every decision. For participants, that means help to live more independently, from connecting with others to a hand with everyday activities. For the wider sector, it means GRG Connect, our referral events for providers looking to collaborate with like-minded providers.

Support coordination, support work, recovery coaching and short term accommodation. Whatever the mix, the work is practical and community based: getting to appointments, building daily living skills, exploring study or employment, or getting out into the community.

DirectorKerrie founded Get Readii Group and works as a support coordinator. She has a background in nursing and knows disability and mental health services well.
